- Manage day-to-day Tool Room activities
- Handle mold maintenance, repair, modification and troubleshooting
- Coordinate recent mold development and mold trials
- Monitor CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, VMC and conventional machining activities
- Ensure timely completion of tooling jobs with required quality
- Coordinate with Production, Quality & Engineering teams
- Maintain tool room records, maintenance schedules and job status
- Lead and guide tool room technicians/operators
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/BE in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering
- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molds and tooling
- Good understanding of mold maintenance and troubleshooting
- Good team-handling and problem-solving skills
