Dear Candidate,

We are looking Store Incharge for the TALOJA MIDC location near Panvel, Navi Mumbai.

Education: B.Com

Experience: 5 to 7 years in stores

Atleast 1-2 years experience to lead store operations in engineering general stores.

ORCALE experienced candidate will be give high preferance.

Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible to study requirement from user, discuss, co-ordinate & understand the requirement.
- Making of GRN, SRN, MRN, work orders, OSP (Outside Processing) etc
- Inventory management techniques
- Monitoring of routine MRP items & critical production related bottle neck items
- Have seamless communication with all internal stake holders like users, Purchase, Production & finance, security etc.
- Preparing reports like monthly MIS, reporting deviations and control measures to meet organization KPIs
- Follow all SOP with complete compliances achieved
- Should be able to study requirement (purchase requisition)from user, discuss, co-ordinate & understand during PR process

Preferred candidate Skills:

- Knowledge on stores best practices like 5S
- Inventory management expertise to manage approx. 25k to 30k items




- Team management of 8-10 people on daily stores activities including labor for material handling
- Sound communication skills in coordinating with vendors for follow up, replacement and quality issues, users for material issue, engineering team and purchase for PR etc
- Taking ownership for all store activities
- Responsible for physical stock checking/variance as per timelines
- Knowledge on process management through Oracle like daily gate pass, store inward entry & GRN/SRN, MRN, RGP, NRGP etc.
- Fair techno-commercial knowledge in mechanical components, brought out items, hygiene items, basic min-max items etc
- Should have fair idea of purchase process & logistics
- Positive knowledge on MS Excel
- Proficient in MS Excel & PPT.
