Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and develop new customers for CNC/VMC machines.

- Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable machines.

- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and machine demonstrations.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and close sales.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Identify recent market opportunities and support business development.

- Coordinate with Application, Service, Production and Technical teams.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Maintain sales pipeline, MIS and regular sales reports.

Required Skills

- Experience in CNC/VMC machine sales or industrial machinery sales.

- Strong B2B sales and business development skills.





- Good technical understanding of CNC/VMC machines.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Preferred: Candidates from CNC machine tools, machine manufacturing, industrial automation or capital equipment industries.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
