Role Description The Assistant Manager role at Rugs & Co Ltd. is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bhadohi, with some flexibility for work from home.

Manager supports daily operations, including coordinating orders, overseeing production schedules, and ensuring quality standards are maintained. This role involves communicating with customers and internal teams, tracking project timelines, and assisting with inventory and logistics planning.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations, production coordination, or administrative management in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and customers.
- Basic proficiency in office software (such as spreadsheets, word processing, and email tools) and comfort with digital workflows.
- Ability to work both in office in Bhadohi and remotely, demonstrating reliability and accountability in a hybrid setting.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality, particularly in handling custom orders and documentation.
- Prior experience in textiles, flooring, or custom-made products is an advantage but not required.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
