We are excited to mention an opening in an European MNC - R&D; for Pune Location.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Strong hands-on experience in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA), preferably with Acrylic and/or Rubber-based adhesives.
- Valuable understanding of Solvent, Emulsion/Water-based and Hot Melt adhesive technologies, along with adhesive formulation and performance characteristics.
- Experience with adhesive testing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, material properties, and formulation optimization.
- Good understanding of polymer/rubber and allied materials, along with exposure to relevant laboratory/testing equipment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Ph.D. /M.Tech / Masters in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Polymer Chemistry or related field.
- 2 - 8 years of hands-on R&D;/Formulation experience in Pressure Sensitive Adhesives (PSA).
- Strong experience in Acrylic and/or Rubber-based adhesives, preferably with Solvent, Emulsion or Hot Melt PSA.
- Experience in New Product Development, formulation optimization, testing, troubleshooting and project execution.
