Qualification- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc

Experience- 5 to 7 years’ & above.

Working location- Roorkee Bhagwanpur Uttarakhand.

Salary-40k to 70k (Negotiable as per candidate ability)

Key Responsibilities…..

Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and applicable quality standards for veterinary products.  Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), SOPs, specifications, and other quality documents.  Monitor and ensure compliance with established quality management systems (QMS).  Conduct in-process and finished product quality checks in coordination with QC and Production teams.  Review deviations, OOS/OOT results, change controls, CAPA, and incident reports.  Ensure proper documentation, data integrity, and timely completion of QA records.  Coordinate with the QC, Production, Warehouse, Regulatory, and R&D; teams for quality-related activities.  Participate in internal audits, external audits, vendor audits, and regulatory inspections.



 Monitor implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).  Ensure proper handling and investigation of product complaints, market complaints, and quality issues.  Review and maintain stability study documentation and records where applicable.  Ensure proper sampling, storage, labeling, and release procedures are followed.  Identify quality risks and support continuous improvement initiatives.  Maintain proper records and prepare quality reports and compliance documentation.

Skills….. 

Knowledge of veterinary pharmaceutical products and quality systems.  Valuable understanding of GMP, GLP, SOPs, QMS, CAPA, deviation, change control, and OOS/OOT.  Strong documentation and analytical skills.  Good communication and coordination skills.  Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
