About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Project Delivery to support and manage the end-to-end execution and deployment of examination centre projects across multiple locations in India.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the timely deployment and operational readiness of examination centres. The role involves close coordination with clients, Government authorities, internal teams, vendors, contractors, and on-ground teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong project execution, coordination, stakeholder management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.

Experience in assessment/examination projects, event management, large-scale event execution,



or multi-location operations will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end execution and deployment of examination centre projects across multiple locations.
- Plan project timelines, deployment schedules, resources, and site-readiness activities.
- Coordinate with Government officials, clients, vendors, contractors, internal teams, and on-ground site teams.
- Monitor multiple project locations and ensure timely completion within defined scope, quality, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate deployment of manpower, IT equipment, infrastructure, materials, and other project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor centre readiness, infrastructure, manpower, and operational preparedness.
- Track project progress and proactively identify potential delays, risks, and operational challenges.
- Resolve project-level issues and coordinate escalations with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, deployment reports, and regular management updates.
- Ensure effective coordination between central teams and on-ground teams during project execution.
- Support successful handover, closure, and operational readiness of examination centres.
- Manage multiple projects and locations simultaneously while ensuring effective communication and timely execution.




- Travel extensively across India as required for project deployment and monitoring.

Candidate Profile

- 4–7 years of experience in Project Management, Project Execution, Operations, Infrastructure Deployment, Event Management, Assessment Operations, or related fields.
- Experience in Government Projects/Government Client handling is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in assessment/examination management, large-scale event execution, event operations, or multi-location deployments will be preferred.
- Experience managing multiple locations, teams, vendors, or field operations will be an added advantage.
- Robust stakeholder management, coordination, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication, planning, reporting, and project management skills.
- Strong ownership and ability to coordinate with cross-functional and on-ground teams.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, IT, Civil, Electrical, Management, or a related field.
- Candidates with relevant experience in project execution, operations, assessments, or event management may also be considered.
