Responsibilities Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle, and HR compliance.
- Ensure statutory compliance with Indian labour laws and handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and vendor coordination.
- Drive HR process improvements, HR analytics, and employee engagement initiatives using HRIS tools.
Preferred Candidate
- MBA/MSW with 8–10 years of HR Operations experience, preferably in an automotive components manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and experience managing a plant workforce of 600+ employees.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS (SAP Success Factors/Workday), good communication skills, and fluency in Hindi and English.
