Key purpose of the role:

nBiofuelCircle's platform is used by business teams, operations teams,

nplants, transporters, and external partners to execute critical business

nprocesses.

nThe Platform Operations Lead will be responsible for driving platform

nadoption, ensuring platform processes are followed, and helping teams

nsuccessfully execute their business operations through the platform.

nThe role will work closely with users, operations teams, and stakeholders

nto identify adoption gaps, resolve operational challenges, improve

nplatform usage, and ensure business processes are effectively

nimplemented. The role will also lead and guide the Platform Operations

nExecutive(s) to achieve team objectives

nWhat Key Tasks will be involved?

- Drive adoption and effective usage of the BiofuelCircle platform bacross business and operations teams.
n
- Ensure platform processes are followed consistently and correctly.
n
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive execution without requiring continuous supervision.
n
- Work closely with users to understand operational challenges and drive solutions.
n




- Act as an extended team member and support critical platform activities when required.
n
- Monitor platform usage, process compliance, and operational performance.
n
- Identify adoption gaps and take corrective actions through
n
- training, coaching, or process improvements.
n
- Conduct user training sessions and implementation workshops.
n
- Review operational dashboards and reports to identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps.
n
- Drive issue resolution and ensure timely closure of critical
n

noperational challenges.

- Coordinate with Product and Technology teams on platform improvements and business requirements.
n
- Lead and mentor Platform Operations Executive(s) and provide day-to-day guidance.
n
- Plan, prioritize, and review implementation and support activities across the team
n
- Travel to plants, operational locations, and partner sites as required.
n
