Retain solid technical expertise, reporting to the Mall Leadership, supervise and manage shopping mall , operations, maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection.
Ø Monitoring the R&M; and MIS.
Ø Responsible for entire Mall and office blocks plumbing system, HNS, water disrupting, LPG system, dewatering system, drainage system, bore wells, WTP, RO plant, cooling towers makeup , customers complaint, customer water and LPG closing reading and operation / maintenance and ensures smooth and trouble free operation.
Ø Reducing the energy expenses without compromising the facilities to the customers and the users of our mall.
Ø Draw up regular planned preventive maintenance (ppm) routine to avoid breakdown of equipment’s.
Ø Maintaining all the records and parameters of running machineries.
Ø Upgrading the quality of the services and equipment’s in the Mall from time to time.
Ø Negotiating and finalizing contracts for plumbing works.
Ø Coordinate with leasing for fit out drawing approvals.
Ø Co-ordination with other departments for smooth functioning.
Ø Maintaining discipline in the department and ensuring grooming of the department staff.
Qualifications:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Industry Experience: Minimum of 7 years from Hospitality/ Property and Asset Management Services/ Facility Management Services
