Role & responsibilities:

- Overall in-charge and coordinator for Electrical Maintenance of CNG Stations.
- Planning and effecting predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of various CNG equipments like CNG Compressors, Dispensers, Cascade.
- Proactively identify areas of obstruction/ breakdowns through breakdown trend analysis and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
- Spare management for all online compressors, Booster Compressors & Dispensers.
- Commissioning of new CNG stations.
- Earth Pits Maintenance
- Close monitoring & effective control of maintenance contract to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to customers through prevention of damage to MNGL assets.
- Initiate the proposal AMCs, ARCs to streamline the operation and maintenance activity without interruptions.
- Quality Assurance & HSE Adherence.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Experience in Operation and maintenance of CNG Compressors, DBS used in the CGD.




- Knowledge of CNG systems, components (compressors, dispensers, pipelines), and their operation.
- Experience in regulatory compliance and permitting processes for CNG infrastructure.
- Convergent with SAP PM module.
- Leadership Abilities, Positive Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation skills, Strong written and verbal Communication skills, Good liaison and PR quality etc.
- Understanding of safety protocols, hazard identification, and risk management in handling compressed gases.

For Assistant Manager position minimum experience is 1 year with maximum age limit of 30 years. The candidates must have scored minimum 60% of marks in the qualification. No Part-time /Correspondence Course Qualification will be entertained. All minimum essential qualification(s) shall be from AICTE recognized Institutes /Colleges.
