We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Onboarding Admin to manage a team and oversee end-to-end employee onboarding operations, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee onboarding including documentation, background verification and pre-employment activities.
- Lead, coach and develop the Onboarding / HR Operations team.
- Monitor SLA, KPI, productivity and quality metrics.
- Handle employee/manager queries and escalations.
- Drive process improvement, workflow optimization and operational efficiency.
- Work with HR, TA, HRIS and other stakeholders across functions/time zones.
- Support reporting, analytics, process controls and automation initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8+ years of relevant HR Operations / Onboarding / Shared Services experience.
- Minimum 2+ year of formal people management experience.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end onboarding operations.
- Experience with BGV,
documentation and compliance processes.
- Strong experience in SLA/KPI, quality and service delivery management.
- Experience handling stakeholder queries and escalations.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience with HRIS / ATS / HR systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in US/Global HR Operations or GCC/Shared Services.
- Healthcare / regulated industry experience.
- Experience in HR Transformation, Process Transformation, Process Improvement, and HR Automation/Digitization.
Significant: Candidates must have formal people management experience. Individual contributors without team-management experience will not be considered.
