Job Title: HR Manager/ Asst. Manager

Educational Qualification: MBA HR

Location: Mangalagiri, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Required: 5-8 Years

Industry: Healthcare & Pharma

Role Purpose:

Lead workforce planning, recruitment, employee lifecycle management and HR operations for the programme.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute the overall manpower and recruitment plan.

● Ensure timely recruitment and deployment of all required personnel.

● Coordinate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.

● Maintain manpower trackers and vacancy status across all locations.

● Ensure timely replacement and backfilling of vacancies.

● Develop onboarding plans for new employees.

● Coordinate employee documentation, verification and joining formalities.

● Establish attendance, leave and shift-management processes.

● Work with Operations Managers and Team Leads on workforce planning.

● Monitor employee retention, attrition and manpower risks.

● Support performance management and periodic employee reviews.





● Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.

● Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory requirements.

● Coordinate payroll inputs and employee master data with the Accounts/Payroll team.

● Support disciplinary and employee relations matters.

● Develop employee engagement and recognition initiatives.

● Maintain HR MIS and management reports.

● Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.

● Coordinate with leadership on workforce cost and staffing requirements.

● Support workforce training and capability-building initiatives.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

● Strong HR operations and recruitment experience.

● Experience in large-scale workforce management preferred.

● Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills.

● Good understanding of HR policies and statutory compliance.

● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
