Hiring an Assistant Manager – HR with experience in HR Operations/Recruitment, preferably in BPO/Customer Support. Responsible for bulk hiring, onboarding, employee lifecycle, HR MIS, attendance, payroll coordination, employee queries and basic ER.
Requirements:
- BPO/Customer Support HR experience preferred
- Bulk hiring experience for voice processes
- Excellent English & Hindi communication
- Good MS Excel & HR MIS knowledge
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
