Responsibilities

- Strong experience in HR Operations, including payroll, attendance, employee lifecycle management, and HR policy implementation.
- Hands-on expertise in statutory compliance and labor laws (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Contract Labour Act, Establishments Act).
- Experience in employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Exposure to Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and vendor coordination
- Good knowledge of HRIS systems, HR analytics, MIS reporting, and process automation.
- Experience in performance management, perks administration, compliance audits, and HR process improvements.

Desirable Candidates 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, preferably in an MNC.

- MBA or MSW from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition (sourcing, interviews, onboarding).
