Key Responsibilities:

- Customer negotiation for loan settlement and final closure.

- Follow-up for outstanding payments and timely closure of cases.

- Identification and development of repo properties.

- Coordination for proper sale of repo properties.

- Coordination with Collection, Legal, Foreclosure, and Branch teams.

- Proper follow-up and documentation for closure and repo property cases.

- Achievement of assigned closure and recovery targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Good performance record in the finance/NBFC sector.

- Basic knowledge of loan closure/foreclosure and settlement processes.

- Experience in collection, recovery, foreclosure, or repo property handling preferred.

- Valuable communication, negotiation, and field-handling skills.

Willingness to travel within the assigned location.
