Role Summary:

Responsible for leading and executing end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Finance Transformation initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data, accounting processes, and system implementations across Finance platforms.

- Experience Good understanding of accounting , MS office, Analytical Skills (kind of FP&A; analysis), client interaction , good communication , Preferred -Insurance domain, IC role

- We can also consider CA, CPA Qualified Fresher Candidates .

- Notice period – 0 – 30 days

- Shit timing- US Shift (5:30 PM-2:30 AM)

- Only CA , CPA, ACCA,CA-Inter, CA-Final (No CA pursuing )

- Work Mode- Hybrid

- Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting(Commerce)

- 3+ years of experience in FP&A; with good understanding of accounting

- Solid experience with General Ledger (GL)

- Sound understanding of Financial Statements, Trial Balance, Journal Entries, and financial reporting processes.

- Working knowledge of GAAP

- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify data anomalies and financial impacts.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Insurance entities

- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.

- Experience with financial systems such as Oracle, PeopleSoft, or equivalent finance platforms.
