Job Purpose:

To handle C&F;/ Depot operations and all India Transportation

-Access capabilities costing parameters, identify improvement activities in Distribution, C&FA; /Depot /Hub Management and managing All India Transport management. Developing SOPs for smooth Operation, network management, Support Sales, Systems and overall Distribution and logistics operation

Job Responsibilities:

C & F /Hub /Depot Operation/ Transportation management

- Preparation, review and implementation of SOPs pertaining to business processes.
- Conduct training to CFA on Standard operating procedures - SAP ERP , HSE/GDP and business processes.
- Conduct periodic CFA audits to review business processes, adherence to SOPs. Response to audit reports and ensure closure of CAPA’s.
- Management of saleable and non-saleable stocks and destruction of rejected products as per company guidelines.
- Ensuring adherence to legal, Statutory & Regulatory aspects – Drug license, VAT




- Selection and closure of the CFA’s.
- Preparation of Distribution budget and monitoring budget vs actual.
- Monitoring of Breakage /Expiry claims.
- Checking and reimbursing CFA monthly claims.
- MIS required for management review on CFA operation.
- Monitor Service levels and performance of Transporters and CFA’s.
- Negotiation with Transporters on part loads and finalize the contract.
- Review of contracts /Agreements of Transporters, C&Fs; and incinerators.
- Ensure timely destruction of expired goods and prepare MIS
- Ensuring of physician samples and input dispatches from hub.

System Support

- Extensive knowledge on SAP SD & MM module
- Experience in implementation and functional support
- Should have experience in training users on SAP SD & MM Module
