We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – CRM & Marketing

Centre for Hearing®, part of Anand Hearing Care Pvt. Ltd., is a growing hearing-care organisation with a network of advanced audiology clinics across North India.

We are looking for a hands-on CRM & Marketing professional to strengthen our growing marketing team.

The role will primarily focus on database marketing, WhatsApp marketing, customer engagement and marketing automation.

What you will do

- Plan and execute WhatsApp and database marketing campaigns
- Segment our existing customer/patient database for targeted campaigns
- Develop customer follow-up, reactivation and engagement campaigns
- Work with our CRM to create simple automated customer journeys
- Coordinate with WhatsApp/CRM technology partners and agencies
- Track campaign performance, leads, appointments and conversions
- Identify opportunities to generate more business from our existing database
- Support other digital marketing initiatives as required

What we're looking for

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in CRM,



database marketing, digital marketing, WhatsApp marketing or marketing automation
- Actual experience running WhatsApp campaigns and customer databases
- Positive understanding of customer segmentation and lead nurturing
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and campaign reporting
- Experience with CRM platforms such as LeadSquared, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, WATI, Gupshup or similar is an advantage
- Someone who is hands-on and execution-oriented, rather than purely strategic

You don't need to have experience in healthcare. What matters most is that you have actually executed CRM/database/WhatsApp marketing campaigns and can take ownership of them.

Compensation

₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and capability.
