Roles and Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned allocation for Liner Products

- Attend and actively participate in planned sales calls and customer meetings to generate new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth and maintain CRM .

- Identify and target potential clients within the shipping and freight forwarding sector to build a strong sales pipeline.

- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and convert qualified leads into confirmed business.

- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and repeat business.

- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, pricing, and customer needs.

- Coordinate with operations, documentation, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong understanding of Shipping / Sales & Marketing principles, including lead generation techniques.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
