Experience: 4-8 Years

Process: International Voice Banking & KYC

Requirements:

- Experience in International Banking/BFSI operations
- Robust knowledge of KYC, AML, CDD, EDD, and Compliance
- Team handling experience (20+ FTEs)
- Manage SLA, KPI, Productivity, Quality & Customer Experience metrics
- Client and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and people management skills
- Comfortable working in night shifts
