Responsible for managing civil execution activities for a large-scale commercial IT Park project, ensuring timely execution as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end civil execution activities at the IT Park project.

- Supervise RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.

- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

- Monitor daily progress, manpower, material availability, and productivity.

- Review drawings and coordinate resolution of technical/site issues.

- Ensure proper sequencing and timely completion of project activities.

- Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth execution and service interfaces.

- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.

- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain progress and quality documentation.

- Ensure compliance with project safety and quality standards.
