Camfil India is looking for an HR qualified to lead hiring for assigned functions and support day-to-day HR operations at its Manesar location. The role will be approximately 80% recruitment and 20% HR operations. The final designation will depend on experience and the ability to manage hiring independently.
Key responsibilities
Recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers and joining.
- Build candidate pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, sales and support roles, as required.
- Work with recruitment partners while also strengthening direct sourcing and referrals.
- Keep candidates and hiring managers informed throughout the process.
- Track vacancies, hiring progress, offer acceptance and joining status; flag delays early.
- Support campus hiring and other talent pipeline initiatives.
HR operations
- Coordinate onboarding, joining documentation and induction.
- Support employee records, HR systems and routine employee queries.
- Coordinate with payroll and other teams on attendance, leave and employee data.
- Help implement HR policies and support employee engagement activities at the location.
Candidate profile
- 4–7 years of HR experience, with substantial hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- MBA in HR from a Reputed institute.
- Experience hiring for a manufacturing or industrial business is preferred.
- Comfortable working directly with business leaders and managing multiple open positions.
- Strong follow-through, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Working knowledge of HR operations and proficiency in Excel and recruitment systems.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
