We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Air Export to manage and supervise end-to-end air export operations. The role involves coordinating with customers, airlines, CHA/customs teams, transporters, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final departure.
- Coordinate with airlines, customers, overseas agents, CHA/customs brokers, and transporters.
- Handle air export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, AWB, certificates, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with the Customs Clearance team for export clearance and ensure shipments meet regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and verify MAWB/HAWB and ensure accurate shipment details.
- Coordinate cargo pickup, warehouse delivery, screening, customs clearance, and airline handover.
- Monitor flight schedules, cut-off times, cargo acceptance, and shipment status.




- Ensure timely pre-alerts and shipment updates to customers and overseas agents.
- Track and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, damages, and other operational issues.
- Coordinate with the documentation and billing teams for accurate invoicing and shipment closure.
- Maintain proper shipment records and ensure timely updating of the freight forwarding system.
- Handle customer queries and provide regular shipment status updates.
- Negotiate and coordinate with airlines and service providers where required.
- Monitor operational costs and ensure shipments are handled within agreed budgets.
- Supervise and guide the air export operations team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, airline procedures, customs regulations, and applicable aviation requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and MIS for management.
