Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Tauru.

The Assistant

Manager will support day-to-day supply chain and logistics operations, including coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, overseeing inventory management, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role involves monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address service and delivery issues.

Manager will assist in vendor and client coordination, prepare operational reports, and help maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This position also involves supervising team members, supporting training activities, and contributing to a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to coordinate daily warehouse and transport activities and manage workflows efficiently.
- Skills in data analysis, reporting, and using basic MS Office tools or logistics software.
- Experience in team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and resolving operational issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution operations will be an advantage.
