We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Accounts with solid experience in the Logistics / Freight Forwarding / CHA / Transport industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, Accounts Payable, and Forex Remittance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) activities.

- Manage Forex Remittance and related accounting transactions.

- Handle bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

- Prepare and monitor GST and TDS calculations and filings.

- Verify invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.

- Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal teams.

- Monitor outstanding payables and ensure timely payments.

- Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.

- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.





- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements

- 10–16 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding / CHA / Transport Accounts.

- Strong experience in Accounts Payable and Forex Remittance.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Experience in handling accounting software/ERP systems.

- Candidates from the Freight Forwarding / CHA / Logistics industry will be preferre

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
