Role Description The Assistant Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position supports senior designers in developing interior concepts, preparing design presentations, and assisting with space planning and FF&E; selections for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include producing and updating construction and interior drawings, coordinating with the architecture and production teams, and ensuring design details align with ANCA’s craftsmanship and quality standards.

The role also involves site visits, documentation of project progress,



and collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain project timelines and design integrity.

The Assistant Interior

Designer is expected to contribute creative ideas, maintain organized project files, and support design revisions based on client and internal feedback.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, including materials, finishes, and furnishings appropriate for luxury environments.
- Proficiency in Space Planning to optimize layouts, circulation, and functional zoning for residential and commercial interiors.
- Understanding of Architecture principles to align interior concepts with structural and aesthetic requirements.
- Ability to create and interpret Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, elevations, and joinery/shop drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools), and basic MS Office skills.
- Robust visual sense, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and presentations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site in Noida and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience or strong interest in luxury, bespoke furniture and high-end residential/commercial interiors is an advantage.
