Role Description The Assistant HR Manager will support end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management in an on-site role based in Gandhidham. This full-time position involves coordinating manpower requirements with clients, screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in selection processes.

The role includes maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, supporting performance management activities, and helping implement HR policies and procedures. The Assistant HR Manager will also assist in handling employee queries, facilitating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational standards. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure timely, accurate, and ethical HR service delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operations skills, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, documentation, and employee record management.




- Knowledge of HR policies, basic labor law compliance, and best practices in employee relations and performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or databases, with the ability to manage data accurately and generate reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client requirements and deadlines.
- Ability to work in office in Gandhidham and collaborate within a team-oriented, service-focused setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR consultancy, or placement services is preferred, especially in multi-industry or Pan-India contexts.
