- Lead and manage sales operations of the assigned dealership/branches and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Develop and execute strategies for vehicle sales, bookings, retail, enquiries, test drives, and lead conversion.
- Monitor individual and team performance and ensure effective utilisation of leads and customer databases.
- Drive business growth and market penetration through local marketing, corporate sales, customer engagement and field activities.
- Ensure proper follow-up of enquiries, bookings, deliveries, lost cases and pending customer requirements.
- Monitor sales funnel, conversion ratios, productivity, target achievement and other dealership KPIs.
- Provide effective leadership, coaching and performance guidance to Sales Managers and Sales Consultants.
- Maintain robust control over team discipline, attendance, customer handling and overall professional conduct.
- Coordinate with CRM, Service, Accounts, Administration and other departments for smooth dealership operations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction,



CX performance and complaint resolution and ensure adherence to Skoda standards.
- Analyse dealership reports, sales data, competition, market trends and prepare actionable business plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and target meetings with the team and take corrective measures wherever required.
- Ensure proper implementation of OEM/Skoda processes, policies, campaigns and operational standards.
- Support recruitment, manpower planning, training and retention of the sales team.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the dealership's presence in the assigned market.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of all required MIS, sales and management reports.
- Travel to and monitor other branches/locations as required by management.

Pay: ₹30,000.04 - ₹50,000.57 per month
