The Role

We are looking for an AGM / DGM – Operations to lead a cluster of 3–4 concurrent commercial interior projects within a region.

You will be the senior delivery authority above the PM team, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Flipspaces' quality standards , while developing and mentoring the project management team.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery for a cluster of 3–4 concurrent projects.
- Drive project timelines, budgets, quality, client satisfaction, and overall delivery outcomes.
- Review project plans, BOQs, procurement schedules, and contractor selection.
- Lead weekly project reviews, identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate critical issues.
- Own key client relationships, milestone reviews, and project escalations.
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to quality and execution standards.
- Support PMs in resolving complex site, contractor, material, drawing, and scope-related issues.
- Monitor billing milestones, invoicing, and receivables across projects.




- Mentor and develop PMs and APMs through clear KPIs and performance reviews.
- Drive SOP compliance and adoption of Flipspaces' project management technology.
- Work closely with Design, Procurement, Finance, and other teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

What We're Looking For
- 8–14 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, construction, or project delivery.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously .
- Strong understanding of site execution, drawings, BOQs, procurement, quality, and project controls.
- Experience with P&L; / project financial accountability .
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client communication skills.
- Ability to identify risks early and drive corrective action.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management , or a related field.
