Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / B.Com
Experience: 8–12 Years
Preferred Industry: Chemical Manufacturing Or Any Manufacturing Industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Independently manage Finance & Accounts functions and ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations and closing.
- Handle GST, TDS, statutory compliance, audits and tax consultant coordination.
- Manage receivables, payables, ageing, vendor/customer reconciliations and payment planning.
- Handle banking activities, cash-flow forecasting and working-capital management.
- Prepare MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and management reports.
- Support product costing, margin analysis and cost control.
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of robust manufacturing Finance & Accounts experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial statements, GST, TDS and compliance.
- Excellent MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good communication and professional coordination with banks, auditors, vendors and customers.
- Strong ownership, follow-up and independent decision-making ability.
