Role Description The Assistant Manager Finance and Accounts role is a full-time, position based in Noida. This role involves managing day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including Project P&L;, Cash Flows, Project MIS, accounts payable and receivable, and statutory compliances. The individual will assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and preparation of monthly P&L; and annual financial statements in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Will support internal and external audits, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and implement controls to maintain data accuracy. The role also includes coordinating with project, sales, and operations teams to align financial reporting with business activities, monitoring cash flow, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications and Skills

- Masters degree in Finance or CA Inter with 5 Years Experience.




- Strong Finance skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Account Management, Project P&L;, Cash Flow Management, accounts payable/receivable, and reporting.
- Ability to provide professional Customer Service to internal and external stakeholders on finance and accounts-related matters.
- Exposure to Sales support such as revenue tracking, invoicing, and coordination with business teams.
- Team Management capabilities, including collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software and ERP systems, advanced MS Excel skills, and familiarity with Indian tax and regulatory frameworks.
- Handled Bank Loan Documentation, Cash Credit and Bank Guarantees.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
