We’re Hiring | Assistant Manager – Accounting & Finance

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance qualified to join our team in BKC, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, budgeting, and ERP-based processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and approve day-to-day accounting transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and related areas.
- Prepare and maintain the Fixed Asset Register, including depreciation calculations and verification reports.
- Manage overhead and revenue calculations in accordance with contractual agreements, including Development Fees, Leasing, and Property Management Revenue.
- Prepare and process revenue invoices.
- Manage monthly closing activities and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare GSTR-1,



GSTR-3B and RCM workings, including coordination for online GST payments.
- Perform vendor and customer reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of outstanding items.
- Process invoice payments through NEFT, RTGS, online banking and cheques.
- Prepare the Annual Budget and manage budget-related activities through GBS – Global Budgeting Software.
- Coordinate and support Statutory Audits, GST Audits and Tax Audits, including GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C.
- Provide required information and support in relation to GST, Income Tax and other statutory notices.
- Prepare documentation and data related to Lower Withholding Certificates and handle related notices.
- Manage reporting and analysis using Tableau.
- Coordinate and support UAT activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and financial reporting requirements.
