- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily assembly activities to achieve production targets.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure assembly work is carried out as per drawings, work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards.

- Monitor manpower allocation and optimize utilization across assembly lines.

- Identify and resolve assembly-related production issues and bottlenecks.

- Ensure proper use of tools, fixtures, machines, and measuring instruments.

- Monitor assembly cycle time, productivity, rejection, rework, and downtime.

- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring assembly and quality issues.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working workplace.





- Coordinate with the Quality team to minimize defects and ensure first-time-right production.

- Maintain production and assembly-related records and reports.

- Train and guide operators on assembly procedures, safety, quality, and productivity.

- Support new product development, process improvement, and trial production activities.

- Ensure timely completion of production schedules while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
