- Manage and support IBM i / AS400 systems in production.
- Handle PTFs, HMC, LPAR, BRMS, backups and system upgrades.
- Support MIMIX/PowerHA for HA/DR activities.
- Manage and troubleshoot Automic / UC4 job scheduling along with AS400.
- Monitor jobs, performance, backups and system health.
- Manage IBM i users, security and access.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform RCA.
- Support Windows/Linux/VMware environments as required.
- Maintain documentation and support DR/on-call activities.
