Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Artworker role based in Chennai. The Artworker will prepare and adapt packaging artwork for print production, ensuring files meet technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities include creating and updating master artworks, executing design line and range extensions, performing image editing and photo retouching, and preparing mechanicals and prepress-ready files.



The role involves collaborating with designers, prepress specialists, and production teams, reviewing proofs, resolving artwork issues, and maintaining accurate version control across multiple projects. The Artworker will work within established workflows and software tools to deliver consistent, print-ready graphics across complex, high-volume portfolios.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Artworking and Artwork adaptation for packaging and print.
- Experience with Graphics production, including layout, typography, and visual consistency.
- Proficiency in Print Production processes and preparing prepress-ready files.
- Hands-on Photo Retouching and image editing skills for product and packaging visuals.
- Ability to work accurately on multiple projects in a quick-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional production teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, or a related field; prior experience in packaging artwork or prepress is an advantage.
