About the Role

We are looking for a confident, creative, and well-connected Artist Manager to manage artists, influencers, and brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Influencer Marketing, Artist Management, Social Media, and Brand Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain solid relationships with artists, influencers, creators, and talent.
- Coordinate with influencers and artists for brand campaigns, events, shoots, and collaborations.
- Identify and onboard new artists and influencers based on campaign requirements.
- Handle end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, from planning to execution.
- Coordinate with brands and clients to understand campaign requirements and deliverables.
- Negotiate commercials, contracts, timelines, and deliverables with artists and influencers.
- Track campaign progress and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of influencers, artists, and content creators.
- Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and creator ecosystem.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Maintain artist/influencer databases and regularly update profiles, rates, and performance details.




- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports for clients and management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Influencer Marketing and Artist Management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple artists/influencers and campaigns simultaneously.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Creative mindset with an understanding of social media trends.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Artist Management, Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, Digital Marketing, or Entertainment Industry.
- Existing contacts/network with influencers, artists, and content creators will be an added advantage.
- Candidates who are confident, presentable, proactive, and good at relationship management are preferred.
