We are looking for an AI / GenAI Engineer who can build real-world AI systems — not just prototypes! ?

? Experience: 2.5–4 Years

? Locations: Jaipur / Bangalore

? Education: B.Tech Mandatory

? Passport: Mandatory

? What You’ll Work On

• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using pgvector / vector databases

• Design prompt engineering & evaluation frameworks for personalized AI experiences

• Work with LLM APIs such as Claude, OpenAI or similar

• Implement embedding-based personalization & matching

• Build LLM model routing based on quality, sensitivity & cost

• Integrate Voice AI / TTS / STT services

• Develop AI safety, guardrails & crisis-language detection systems

• Create evaluation frameworks with golden sets & edge-case testing

- Monitor AI quality, tracing & production performance

• Work closely with backend & mobile teams on latency,



reliability & cost optimization

✅ Strong Python

✅ FastAPI / Async frameworks

✅ Production experience with LLM APIs

✅ RAG & Vector Databases — pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate or similar

✅ Prompt Engineering with evaluation-driven approach

✅ LangChain / LangGraph

✅ AI Safety & Content Moderation

✅ LLM Cost Optimization — caching, routing & token budgeting

✅ Failure handling, timeouts & vendor fallback strategies
