Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models, with strong exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models, including Generative AI and LLM-based solutions .
- Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon) for domain-specific tasks.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Work with large datasets to preprocess, clean, and transform data for training and inference.
- Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and model evaluation techniques.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.




- Stay updated with the latest AI/ML and GenAI research, frameworks, and tools.
- Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied data science.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenAI API).
- Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines .
- Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative teams.
