Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Articled Assistants and Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants based in Delhi, India. The role involves assisting in statutory and tax audits, preparing working papers, and supporting compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities may include bookkeeping, drafting financial statements, supporting GST and income tax filings, and helping with internal control reviews.

Team members will interact with clients to collect information, clarify queries, and ensure timely completion of assignments.



The role also includes participating in training sessions, staying updated on relevant laws and standards, and contributing to process improvement within the firm.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic auditing concepts.
- Working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation (e.g., income tax, GST) and related compliance procedures.
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in documentation and analysis.
- Enrollment in the CA course with completed or ongoing articleship; Semi Qualified CAs should have cleared relevant CA Inter/Intermediate groups.
- Demonstrated integrity, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback in a structured training environment.
- Prior experience in a CA firm or exposure to audit, taxation, or accounting work will be an added advantage.
