Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and concept-driven Art Director to develop visual concepts and lead the creative direction of advertising campaigns across digital, social media, print, OOH, and other platforms. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, design sensibility, and the ability to work closely with Copywriters, Designers, Client Servicing, and Creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for advertising campaigns.
- Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions.
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns across digital, social media, print, OOH, and other media.
- Create mood boards, storyboards, layouts, and campaign presentations.
- Work closely with Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, and Client Servicing teams.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across all communication.
- Guide and mentor Visualizers, Graphic Designers,



and junior creative team members.
- Review creative outputs and ensure high standards of quality and execution.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, pitches, and new-business presentations.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery.
- Stay updated with advertising, design, AI, digital, and visual communication trends.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an advertising, creative, branding, or digital agency.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating advertising campaigns and visual storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour, composition, layouts, and design.
- Strong conceptual and creative-thinking abilities.
- Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital and traditional media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of motion graphics/video production is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.
