About Bhoomi Utsav

Bhoomi Utsav is a handmade art and craft brand specializing in traditional clay dolls, Golu decorations, handcrafted products, and creative art projects.

We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Art & Craft Helpers and assist in the production of handmade products.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in making and assembling handmade clay dolls and craft products.
- Help with clay preparation, moulding, casting, and finishing.
- Assist in painting, decorating, and detailing handmade products.
- Support the preparation of bases, backgrounds, and miniature display setups.
- Help with cutting, pasting, assembling, and decorating craft materials.
- Assist in product finishing, quality checking, and packaging.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and tools.
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Work collaboratively with the artists and production team.

Requirements
- Interest in arts, crafts, and handmade products.




- Willingness to learn current techniques and work with different materials.
- Basic knowledge of painting, clay work, or craft activities is an advantage.
- Good hand coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, sincere, and responsible.
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Employment Options

Full-Time: Regular working hours, as mutually agreed.

Part-Time: Flexible working hours based on production requirements.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, skills, and working hours.
