Key Responsibilities

- Execute and maintain brand VM guidelines across all LFS/MBO stores within the assigned cluster

- Ensure timely implementation of seasonal launches, window displays, promotions, and festive VM rollouts

- Coordinate with store teams to maintain impactful product displays and store zoning

- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to ensure consistency in brand presentation

- Support sell-through by implementing commercially effective display strategies

- Work closely with Operations, Buying & Planning teams for smooth VM execution

- Train and guide store staff on VM standards and display maintenance

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide VM improvement suggestions

- Ensure VM materials, props,



and branding elements are utilized effectively across stores

Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably in fashion/lifestyle retail

- Exposure to LFS/MBO retail formats is preferred

- Good understanding of fashion retail, store layouts, and customer shopping behavior

- Solid execution skills with attention to detail

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster/region

- Hands-on and commercially driven approach

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
