Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Area Sales Manager to join our team in Surat. If you have exceptional communication skills, a passion for sales, and the drive to build long-term business relationships, we want to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify, pitch, and onboard potential business clients across the designated territory (Varachha & surrounding areas).




- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust ongoing relationships with corporate clients, local businesses, and vendors.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and express logistics volume goals.
- Territory Mapping: Market mapping and client outreach in local industrial and commercial hubs.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Key Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass, Graduate, or MBA (Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds with relevant skills).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & Gujarati required; English is a plus).
- Skills: Strong sales pitch, negotiation, customer handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience: Open to both freshers with high drive and candidates with relevant sales/field experience.
