About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our innovative Cleaning Robot product range. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing the market, managing channel partners, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Generate sales through B2B and B2C channels.
- Identify potential customers including homes, offices, hotels, hospitals, retail stores, educational institutions, and commercial facilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.




- Coordinate with the marketing and service teams for customer support and lead conversion.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or equivalent.
- 3-7 years of sales experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, automation, smart home products, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in channel sales and distributor management preferred.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
