- Develop sales and business opportunities across Hyderabad and Telangana.
- Generate business through architects, consultants, contractors, MEP consultants, dealers and corporate clients.
- Drive project sales and specification sales for Connect System products.
- Develop and maintain a strong dealer and distributor network.
- Identify new projects and ensure product specifications and approvals.
- Conduct regular meetings with architects, interior designers and electrical consultants.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
- Track projects from lead generation → specification → quotation → order → payment.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain regular CRM updates, sales reports and project pipelines.
- Coordinate with the technical, estimation, production and dispatch teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor competitors,
market trends and pricing in the Hyderabad market.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in building materials, electrical products, furniture, interiors, MEP or architectural products.
- Strong network among architects, consultants, contractors and dealers.
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel within Hyderabad/Telangana.
