Job Summary

Flora Steel Pvt. Ltd. – XEN Bath Fittings is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive sales and market expansion across Haryana & Punjab.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the Bath Fittings / Sanitaryware / CP Fittings / Tiles industry, along with an established dealer and distributor network in Haryana & Punjab. The candidate will be responsible for dealer/distributor development, primary & secondary sales, team handling, payment collection and market growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and expand the dealer and distributor network across Haryana & Punjab.
- Identify, appoint and onboard new dealers/distributors as per business requirements.
- Manage existing channel partners and strengthen long-term business relationships.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Generate recent business opportunities through market visits and channel expansion.
- Lead, guide and monitor a team of Sales Officers / Sales Executives.
- Track sales performance, market coverage, dealer productivity and target achievement.
- Ensure timely payment collection and outstanding follow-up from dealers/distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and market trends.




- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, schemes and market strategies.
- Share regular sales, market and competitor reports with the Head Office.
- Coordinate with HO, Sales, Dispatch, Accounts and other internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and other channel partners.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–8 years of relevant sales experience in Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, CP Fittings or Tiles.
- Strong dealer/distributor network in Haryana & Punjab sanitaryware/bath fittings market is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing territories.
- Experience in team handling / sales team supervision.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must have a valid driving licence and own bike/car.
- Good knowledge of local market dynamics and competitor brands.
