- Drive sales and business growth across EBO & MBO channel s• Lead and develop Store Managers & front-end team s• Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales target s• Monitor store KPIs, conversion, UPT, ATV, ASP and productivit y• Drive VM, customer experience and operational excellenc e• Manage MBO partner relationships and business performanc e• Ensure effective execution of brand initiatives and retail SOP s• Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for business expansio n

:• Experience in fashion/lifestyle retai l• Strong exposure to EBO & MBO operation s• Proven track record in sales and team managemen t• Solid analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skill s• Willingness to travel extensively across the North Regio n
