- 3–6 years of experience in Operations / Sports Facility Management
- Experience managing Badminton & Football Courts
- Strong multi-location & team management skills
- Knowledge of court operations, bookings, customer service & revenue
- Robust leadership and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations
