- Oversee daily operations across assigned properties
- Lead and develop hostel, front desk & housekeeping teams
- Drive occupancy, ADR & revenue growth
- Ensure excellent guest experience and service standards
- Conduct quality, safety & compliance audits
- Manage budgets and control operational costs
- Build strong relationships with property owners, vendors & local stakeholders
- Travel regularly across assigned properties
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably hostels/accommodation
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Proven experience in revenue growth & operational excellence
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Comfortable with frequent travel and working in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with local language- Kannada
